New Jersey Roleplay, do not condone or encourage any racist, biased or discriminatory behaviour likewise with anything else which may upset, or make those involved feel uncomfortable. We are a fully safe for work server, and are mostly profanity free (mild profanity is permitted). Our sole intention is to build and operate out of a fully safe community.

Copyright Policy

At New Jersey Roleplay, the assets we use and own whether that be our vehicle liveries, uniforms, embeds, banners, logo(s), departments, content and original roleplaying techniques. Any products made solely for the New Jersey Roleplay fall under the "Work For Hire" law, stating all assets made during your permanent or temporary employment, belong to us, and they’re licensed for use exclusively within our community. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, editing, or use outside our server is strictly prohibited. If these policies are violated you will be reported to Discord & PRC.

Refund Policy

All payments made to New Jersey Roleplay non-refundable. All purchases have their perks delivered instantly, all products are the same for everyone. Exceptions may be accepted when technical errors occur or duplicate transactions. Upon the purchase of the product you have 7 days to contact a member of staff regarding a refund, once contacted please ensure to provide the issue and proof of purchase. After such a time you will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

Payout Policy

All prizes won, such as competitions and giveaways, are always paid out via shop credit. Any amount of robux won, may be used as credit to buy anything in our market. However all events marked as real robux and not shop credit, entitles you to those Robux. We also are not held responsible for any servers failing to pay you after winning a giveaway hosted by them within our server.
