Founder & Head VA

Hi! Nice to connect with you. My name is Jaimi (She/Her) and I am the founder of MOVA (My Own Virtual Assistant).

During my undergraduate degree, I was hired to be a remote assistant for the CEO of a sports tourism company. I gained incredible experience in social media management, event planning and video editing, and I loved every second of it. Following my graduation from the University of Toronto, I began a graduate program and started working for Arizona State University. I loved helping students and being in an exciting, evolving field, but something was missing... creativity.

I started MOVA in 2021 as an outlet for myself; but the more clients I worked with, the more determined I was to pursue being a VA full time. I LOVE getting to help people maximize their productivity and find joy in what they're doing again. By taking the extra work off of their plates, I give my clients the time to focus on what's important - whether that's having time for higher level business planning, building incredible teams, or even just having extra time in their days to spend with loved ones. I feel so grateful to be in this type of work, and I cannot wait to help you take your business to the next level!
