About Me

Hello! I am a young author who is working on her first fantasy novel, Soirée. I live in Appalachia where there are lots of forests, which is a big part of my story alongside the rain.  My favorite animals, because I can't for the life of me pick one, are Black-footed Ferrets, Ravens, and snakes. I own more plants than I have room for, and my spaces are beginning to look like a forest, but I love it! I love going to New York to see musicals on Broadway. My favorite was seeing Hamilton back in January of 2023. I saw Wicked in May of 2023, which was also SOOO good.

Inspiration

Music is my biggest inspiration. It always has been. I daydream scenarios with complex characters to my favorite songs, and usually, that's where my best scenes in the book comes from! I like to go out into nature to explore and listen to different sounds. Sometimes when it rains, I like to go out and film in the trees! Also, strangely, playing Freerice.com helps me find inspiration!

Hobbies

In my free time (which is scarce nowadays), I love to embroider fabrics with little flowers, bees, and other designs. I consume music like a starving man consumes food. Seriously, 99.999999% of my day is fueled by music! I make jewelry that I plan to sell in the future. I tend to my plants, they're very needy. I love reading and am always looking for amazing book recommendations! I also participate in musical theater and I have a special passion for coding and robotics. I am writing a movie script for this book too....
