2020-21 ICHL Hockey Rules

1. Each game will be played until a team 6 goals opposing the team.

2. 82 games in the regular season.

3. The Playoffs is best of 7 games series.

4. You must wear at least one piece of equipment

5. Do NOT ever throw your stick.

6. If a player shoots the ball out of play from their own side its penalty shot for the opposing team.

7. If someone gets a penalty it will result in a penalty shot for the opposing team.

8. If you say mean things to fans or players during a game it will result in a penalty shot.

9. If someone is to get hurt during a game there will be no penalty on the play.

10. If contact is made with the goaltender it will be considered goalie interference it will result in a penalty shot, and the goal will be disallowed.

11. If a ball bounces off the wall and goes in the net it’s no goal. But if bounces off the goalie it counts as a goal.

12. If you try to defend the goal you scored you may not bring up past games because that’s the past. (example “you always used to do that.”) past games are the past don't bring them up. If you do it will result in a penalty shot for the other team.

13. If a player shoots the ball and the goalie on the opposing team makes the save and the ball deflects off their pads and goes in your net it counts as a goal, it doesn't matter if you swung for it or not.
