Privacy Policy for OfficeSafety

OfficeSafety is developed as a workplace safety guidance app for office safety management. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles user information.
1. Information We Collect
OfficeSafety does not require users to create an account and does not intentionally collect personal information such as name, email address, phone number, identification number, address, location, photos, contacts, or payment information.
The app is designed mainly for offline reference use, including safety manual content, procedures, records, work instructions and FAQ.
2. App Functions
OfficeSafety may allow users to view, print, or save safety documents from within the app.
When users choose to save a document, the file is saved only to the location selected by the user on their own device. The app does not upload the saved document to any external server.
When users choose to print a document, the app uses the Android system print function. Printing is handled by the user’s device and selected printer service.
3. Data Sharing
OfficeSafety does not sell, rent, trade, or share personal data with third parties.
The app does not transmit user-created records or saved documents to the developer or to external servers.
4. Internet Access
OfficeSafety is designed as a local reference app. If the app does not request internet permission, it does not connect to external servers.
If future versions include online links, updates, cloud backup, analytics, or advertisements, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
5. Third-Party Services
OfficeSafety does not currently use third-party advertising, analytics, payment processing, or tracking services.
Google Play may collect certain information according to Google’s own policies when users download or update the app from Google Play.
6. Data Security
Since OfficeSafety does not intentionally collect or store personal information on external servers, no personal data is transmitted to the developer.
Users are responsible for protecting any files they save from the app on their own device or storage account.
7. Children’s Privacy
OfficeSafety is intended for general workplace safety reference use and is not directed specifically at children. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Safety and Compliance Disclaimer
OfficeSafety provides general office safety guidance. It does not reproduce ISO 45001 standard text, does not replace the official ISO standard, and does not claim certification.
Users should refer to applicable laws, regulations, company procedures, competent safety personnel, and the official ISO standard where required.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
