Why does OFF request Screen Time access?
OFF uses Apple's Screen Time frameworks to temporarily restrict the apps and categories you select during a focus session.
When will my apps become available again?
Your selected apps remain blocked for the focus duration you choose. Access is automatically restored when your focus session ends.
