Bylaws Purpose: Helping to disseminate, clarify, and interpret national and state educational policies affecting field programs.

Bylaws Purpose: Build and strengthen procedures members can utilize to enhance and maintain partnerships as well as opportunities to collaborate within local colleges/universities in similar demographic areas.

Bylaws Purpose: Conducting surveys/research to distinguish current program trends, problems, and needs and then prepare and disseminate new ideas, practices, programs, and materials.

Bylaws Purpose: Provide members access to educational materials, literature, and research information developed by the Forum. Define long-term goals, strategies, actions related to the OFD role, supervisors assisting in field, and overall mission/vision.
