OFB Media developed and provides the Quick Note app as a commercial application. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when using the Service. By using the app, you agree to the terms described below. Any terminology used here has the same meaning as in our Terms and Conditions unless stated otherwise.

Information Collection and Use 

Quick Note is designed to offer a secure and privacy-focused experience. The app does not request storage permissions at this time and does not collect, store, any personal information.
All notes and user-created content are stored locally on the device and are never uploaded, synced, transmitted, or shared with any server or third party.

The app does not require account registration and does not collect personally identifiable data such as name, phone number, email, photos, contacts, or location. Some features including Advanced Settings and Reminder are currently Coming Soon and inactive; therefore, no background file processing or settings data handling takes place.

The app may collect limited, non-personal usage and diagnostic data (e.g., device model, OS version, installation source, anonymized identifiers) only for performance improvement, issue prevention, and safe delivery of non-personalized advertisements using trusted third-party services, in compliance with Google Play policies.

The app may integrate trusted third-party service providers such as:

Log Data

In case an error occurs while using the app, diagnostic data may be collected through third-party crash or analytics tools. This may include device information, OS version, configuration details, timestamp of use, and similar technical logs used solely to improve app performance.

Quick Note does not directly use cookies; however, certain third-party SDKs or services integrated within the app may use them to enhance performance or functionality. We may engage trusted third-party companies or individuals to assist with operating, improving, and supporting our Service. These providers may help with tasks such as analytics, maintenance, or advertisement delivery.
Any third-party service involved may have limited access to non-personal information only to perform assigned duties and is strictly prohibited from using or disclosing data for any unrelated purpose.

We take user privacy seriously and aim to apply commercially acceptable measures to safeguard data. However, no electronic system, network transmission, or digital storage method can be guaranteed 100% secure. While we follow best practices, absolute protection against all risks cannot be assured.

If you choose to visit those sites, you will be redirected outside of the app. We are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of third-party websites and recommend reviewing their individual Privacy Policies before sharing any information. 

Children’s Privacy

Our Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has submitted any personal data, we will promptly delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child may have provided such information, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Users are encouraged to review this page from time to time for any changes. Updates will take effect immediately once posted here. This Privacy Policy is effective as of September 9, 2025. 

Data Deletion Rights

YUsers have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the email provided below. You may also remove all app-stored data by uninstalling the application. If you believe that data handling practices violate applicable privacy regulations, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
