IEEE Ocean Engineering Society and Technology and Engineering Management Society (OES/TEMS) joint chapter is delighted to announce an international conference on 8-9 November 2021. The conference: Ocean Observation, Technology and Innovation in Support of Decade of Ocean Science (OETIC) will take place in Jakarta, Indonesia and will be in hybrid format. This conference presents a special session on the Indonesia Tsunami Early Warning System (InaTEWS), which will highlight the progress and achievements of InaTEWS development. This conference presents the opportunity for academicians, scholars and practitioners to exchange ideas and latest researches in marine and oceanography engineering.  OETIC 2021 will lead to a broad knowledge in ocean engineering or a related ocean science field. These might include marine engineering (the engineering of boats, ships, oil rigs and any other marine vessel or structure), as well as oceanographic engineering, oceanic engineering or nautical engineering
