I’m an engineer with a deep-rooted passion for offshore energy and have both academic training & hands-on experience in the field. I graduated from Strathclyde in 2021 having studied Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering. In my final years of university I experienced a gap in knowledge and understanding regarding the offshore energy sector. Beyond well-known developers like Ørsted, Iberdrola, Exxon, Shell etc I was unsure what other types of companies existed, how the offshore industry fits together and what the best entry points for graduates were. So, I developed OEO Webinars - online seminars to support engineers entering the offshore energy sector.
