📚 UFLI Foundations: Building Strong Readers!

What Is UFLI Foundations?

UFLI Foundations is a research-based phonics program designed to help students become confident, successful readers and spellers! Through engaging, structured lessons, students learn how letters and sounds work together to build words.

In 2nd grade, we use UFLI to strengthen important literacy skills, including phonemic awareness, phonics, decoding (reading words), encoding (spelling words), and reading fluency.

Students practice these skills through word building, reading and spelling activities, decodable passages, and hands-on learning. We also provide additional small-group instruction and review to support students at their individual reading levels.
