This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for the Qwixx Scorecard mobile application, developed by oedev. This privacy notice applies solely to this mobile application, except where stated otherwise.

At oedev, we intend to provide the Qwixx Scorecard app to the whole family, including young children with parent supervision. We take privacy seriously at oedev and this policy is designed to share what information we collect and how we use it.

We last updated the contents of this policy on September 16th, 2020. oedev may change or update the Privacy Policy at any time as we add new or different features, or as the law changes. Unless another date is given, the changes are effective upon posting.

If we make a material change to this policy we will post notice here before making the change. If you don’t agree with this Privacy Policy, you should not use Qwixx Scorecard.

We do not collect any information through the Qwixx Scorecard app.

The app itself stores your most recent application state - that is, which numbers or penalties you have scored - using your device's storage media. This information is not transferred outside of your device by the app.

There are no usage metrics or analytics tracked by the app (for example, how many times the app has been opened).

The only information we would have access to or collect is the information you voluntarily provide by contacting us directly. If you contact us, we will use any information you provide to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. This information will not be given, sold or rented to any third parties.

There are no third-party ads in the Qwixx Scorecard app.

There are no third party service providers used in the app.

We have provided links to related third party services in the app's "Info" page:

• Gamewright: The publisher of the game Qwixx. oedev is not affiliated with Gamewright and does not receive any compensation from Gamewright for your visit to their website or your purchase of the Qwixx game.

• Quasar: The development framework used to build the Qwixx Scorecard app. oedev is not affiliated with Quasar and does not receive any compensation from Quasar for your visit to their website or your use of the Quasar software.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites. You should be aware when you leave our app and read the privacy policies of these sites, if you choose to visit them.
