Submission Portal

All Entries REQUIRE:

1. A Google Form in your correct Art Category (found in the links below)

2. Digital Upload of Creative Output (We welcome hard copies for display during our school celebration and will notify you of drop off times.)

3.  Scanned and Completed PDF entry form with parent/guardian signature and artist statement. For information needed to fill out the "This section to be completed by PTA before distribution." click here.

Note: If a student is entering more than one category, a separate entry form and submission is needed for each.
