VISION

Create diverse and integrated partnerships to end overdose and eliminate barriers to the well-being of people living with addiction.

Mission

Cultivate innovative strategies and collaborations to address the effects of substance use disorder and overdose throughout Jefferson County.

how it works

The Jefferson County Substance Use Partnership utilizes a collective impact model to bring together stakeholders from across Jefferson County to assess data, identify gaps, provide policy recommendations and ultimately collaborate to address addiction.

Based on the collective impact model, the coalition has developed work groups to efficiently and effectively leverage the skills, knowledge and experience of individual members.
