The Chief Minister of Odisha state launched a state scholarship portal to assist students in applying for the schemes offered by various departments. A total of 8 departments are present at the school, including Agriculture & F.E., Higher Education, Labour & ESI, providing 21 schemes to students who fall under the SC/ST/OBC category.
These schemes will benefit students who wish to complete their studies but are facing financial difficulties.

Odisha has increased the pre-matric scholarship award details for scheduled caste and scheduled tribe students. After the increase, students will now receive Rs 950 for male candidates and Rs 1000 for female candidates. Previously, boys received 750 rupees and girls received 800 rupees. One of the government's main flagship programs is the scholarship program for scheduled castes and scheduled tribes.
Students receive this scholarship to assist them with mess management in hostels as well as to develop ST and SC candidates. The hostel menu will also include millets-based food items to enhance nutritional security
Implementation Of Odisha Scholarship
Pre-matric scholarship scheme will benefit more than 500000 SC and SC candidates, and Rupees 490 crores will be spent annually on its implementation. To strengthen the government, the Chief Minister suggested the other ministers tour the city and reach out to as many people as possible. A meeting was also conducted by the Chief Minister. On Sunday, Naveen Patnaik's cabinet was sworn in with 21 ministers, including five women. It was at this meeting that the Chief Minister added a new 'T' to the mantra of 5 Ts, which include Teamwork, Technology, Transparency, Transformation, and Time Limit. In order to fulfill all the promises, the CM instructed his Ministers to visit every district, block, and gram panchayat.
