Deposits are not refundable after 48 hours.
When placing an order I require a 50% deposit depending matter of the time of your custom order process.
Sending deposits, and proof (screenshot, same registered name, email, etc) is always required.
No free returns or exchanges!!
Any last-minute cancellations are not acceptable and are guaranteed to lose the deposit.
If deposits aren't paid then your order isn't guaranteed.
I will require about 18 business days to process your order unless you purchase express processing. ( It all depends on size, desired designs, and quantity that time may vary)
We ship with USPS priority mail. In most cases, packages are delivered within 4 business days.
