The Bio/Nano-Materials for Ophthalmology Lab advances materials-driven solutions for eye health—from drug delivery and anti-inflammation to tissue regeneration and vision preservation. We engineer biopolymers and nanostructured platforms that interact intelligently with ocular tissues, enabling non-invasive therapies, long-acting depots, and cell-supportive scaffolds. Founded and led by Professor Ching-Li Tseng, the lab integrates materials science, imaging, and translational studies to move ideas from bench to bedside.
