What is Octopus?
Octopus is an exclusive High IQ society open to those in the top 0.39% (at least 140iq sd 15, 142 iq sd 16) of the unselected adult population. Mensa accepts those who score in the top 2% of the unselected adult population or 1 in 50, you can think of Octopus as some kind of a a more exclusive Mensa (I wouldn't use this name due to copyright) that accepts 1 in 261.
Why Octopus as a name?
Octopuses are suposed to be some of the smartest animals.

Haha, that's right, the reasons for this is that the website : a) is free, b) easy to make and c) I wont have to register for a domain every year and risk that it may get down and replaced by something shady like it has happened to the websites of older IQ societies who are  inactive now.
