OctopusBill is a mobile application to be used by Octopus EMS platform customers so they can be able to manage thier smart meters, view electricity and water consumptions, trace payment transaction history done from back office team, track the balance of the meters to avoid disconnection, also it help the customer to interact with the back office team by creating a trouble tickets in case of help or issue.
