💗 HOW THE AUCTION WORKS

• Each auction lot has its own lot number.
• To place a bid, click the “Bid on This Lot” button beneath the relevant item.
• You will be taken to our secure online bidding form.
• Please complete one form for each lot you wish to bid on.
• Enter your name, contact details and bid amount in euros.
• You may bid on as many lots as you wish.

• Most items must be collected from the donor or an agreed local collection point.
• Some donors may offer local delivery, but this must be arranged directly with the donor.
• Any delivery costs are the responsibility of the successful bidder, unless the listing specifically states otherwise.
• The event organisers will provide the relevant contact details and collection information after the auction.
• The event organisers cannot accept responsibility for arranging, transporting or delivering auction items.
• For experiences, vouchers and services, the successful bidder must contact the donor directly to arrange a mutually convenient date and time.
• Any restrictions, expiry dates, booking requirements or special conditions will be stated in the individual auction listing wherever possible.

The October Rose Afternoon Tea & Auction is being held in support of La Ligue Contre le Cancer – Comité de la Vienne (86), an organisation supporting people affected by cancer and their families.

For us, choosing La Ligue was important. October Rose is about much more than one afternoon, one event or one fundraising total.
