They should either include a command in the panel list to redock a panel or put it in the 'Undo' list under the Edit tab. To add some value to this, my setup has the 'Tools' panel laid out across the entire top of the workspace and could not for the life of me figure out how to get it back in there. I kept grabbing by the name and docking it on top of, inside of or under any one of the panels. If you grab it and slowly go above or below the workspace, it will show you a faint, dull green bar that runs along the top and bottom which you can put panels in as well. Hope that's helpful to someone, Should work on all/most adobe products as most of them have the same basic structure.

No its not a bug in Prusa Slicer. Netfabb is probably one of the best of the auto repair functions available. Unfortunately it is only available on the Windows version of PS as its a component available to Windows. That is why there is a separate Repair through netfabb option. It cant be made the default repair.

I have recently purchased netfabb pro and sort of really like the options and simplicity. But once I have repaired an .obj model in netfabb and reload it into blender it looks all messed up. Attached some samples. Maybe someone is more proficient and could tell me, what went wrong. Tnx in advance

A model of that type is made up of a series of small triangles. It looks like netfabb has flipped some of them (inside to outside). When reloaded into Blender, it is still connecting the same vertices (as before the flip). Does netfabb have a re-mesh capability to reconnect the vertices properly?

Hi Robert, yes netbabb has a re-mesh capability and I have tried it but it did really not change anything. I have also tried to re-mesh with blender but in the process I am loosing all textures and UV mapping. As mentioned, I am far away from being a professional 3D Modeler but I have tried to the best of my capabilities without coming up with a feasible solution. Given the fact that I really only use netfabb on this occasion to fill the holes of the prefab model is kind of frustrating as the filling feature of blender also seems to be less than perfect.

First of all, i'd like to say that i am beginner in this. First i tried autocad and found out it doesnt support stl :P anyways, after a lot of searching, i finally stumbled on netfabb and i opened the file

Now, what i want to know is that, is there any way to take measurement from a part? What i want to do is, measure the EXACT dimensions of the 'NEXUS' lettering.

I used netfabb and i was able to use the measurement tool but i am sure i was not accurate enough (attempted multiple times) as the length is different....... as evident from the image below :

I have been modelling in 3ds Max 2014, all units in UI set to mm, the model section is approx 158mm in length. I open it in meshlab and netfabb and both confirm size at approx 158mm, but when I import to Preform the scale is way off the mark. any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. be457b7860
