During the meeting or event, organizers can find the attendance report in the People > Participants pane of the meeting. Organizers can also access the attendance report through the meeting or event's chat. To learn more about how meeting and event organizers can view and download the attendance and engagement report, see Manage meeting attendance reports in Microsoft Teams.

For education tenants, the attendance and engagement report can be used to track student attendance and engagement in online classes. For example, a teacher can download the attendance report at the start of class as a simple way to do a roll call. If the teacher has a Teams Premium license, they can also use the engagement report to see how many students reacted, raised their hand, unmuted, interacted with Q&A and turned on their cameras during the online class.

Learn who attended your meeting, what time each person joined and left, and more. Your admin needs to turn on this feature to make it available. See Attendance report for meetings and webinars in Microsoft Teams for more info.

Participants can decide whether they want their information shown in attendance reports by going to Settings > Privacy in Teams and turning the Identify me in attendance reports toggle on or off.

In channel meetings, the attendance report is available only for the most recent meeting from the channel, but you can go to the meeting invite page in Teams calendar for all channel meeting attendance reports.

The tile Attendance is not supported for channel meeting. To view the attendance reports for meetings created in channels, click More actions > View meeting details, and navigate to the Attendance tab.

In meetings with more than 120 participants, the attendance report that's available during the meeting will only include a partial list of attendees. The post-meeting report will contain the full list.

If a channel meeting is in progress and someone starts a second meeting within the same channel conversation, an attendance report will be available only for the second meeting. You can go to the Attendance tab in the Teams calendar invite for all channel meeting attendance reports.

That part seems straightforward enough, but I then also want to track attendance. Without me attending each of the meetings myself, is it possible to use AppScript to track whether each of the invitees actually opened the Google Meet?

A daily attendance sheet template lets you track attendance for multiple employees in a day. Such a template will usually have columns to note the employee name, date, time off, and attendance status.

For example, an employee who arrives at 8:55 am for a 9:00 am job may have to wait for 10-15 minutes for other employees to fill the attendance sheet. This can waste their time and effort and also keep them from completing more important tasks.

Note: You can use this feature only in conjunction with the Work Schedules feature. Managers and admins can create work schedules, and the attendance report will show the attendance statuses of each employee.

Google Workspace Education Plus and the Teaching and Learning Upgrade users will now automatically receive an attendance report anytime a meeting has two or more participants. Previously, attendance tracking was limited to meetings with five or more participants.

Tracking attendance is a simple activity to help manage participation in classes, meetings, and events. Attendance sheets help teachers track student presence and contribution, as well as the absence or tardiness, so that they can resolve any problems efficiently. Even homeschooled students can use attendance forms to keep accurate records of which days they spent on academic activities. You can also use attendance forms for tracking visitors to a workplace, recording attendance at a church or club gathering, or having employees sign in at a training course.

Use this template to keep track of attendees at any type of meeting. The template allows you to gather contact information and record details about the meeting, such as date, location, and facilitator names. The spreadsheet includes also space for notes or reminders. This is a basic meeting attendance template for collecting names and pertinent information.

Use this training attendance sheet template for school students, employees, volunteers, or any individuals attending a training course. At the top of the template, you can document information about the nature of the program or the training. The sheet includes a signature column so attendees can sign in when they arrive. If you need to collect more information, simply add columns to the spreadsheet.

This attendance tracker template allows you to manage multiple employees on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. For each employee listed, keep track of work shifts, vacation time, sick leave, and personal time. With color-coded attendance categories, you can get a quick overview of attendance patterns and employee availability. To create an ongoing record, copy and paste the template into additional sheets, and fill them out monthly.

In addition to tracking employee attendance, a timesheet calculates hours worked and amounts owed. Employees can use this template for tracking their own hours, while human resource managers can use it to help manage payroll and keep accurate records. This template includes sheets for daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly tracking.

This attendance tracking spreadsheet allows you to record monthly attendance for a school class or other program that meets daily. The template provides a calendar of days for checking in each student and marking absences and late arrivals. The sheet then calculates totals for the month, so you have a record of attendance for the classroom.

This weekly attendance sheet has a simple layout for recording which students are in attendance from Monday through Friday. If you need an attendance form for a summer program or class that meets on different days, you can edit the template to match your requirements. The template calculates daily totals for the class.

This daily attendance template is appropriate for child care centers or other settings where you need to account for children and staff. For extra security, have parents sign the form when they pick up a child. The document includes arrival and departure times for both students and staff, so it is clear which staff members are available for what number of students during each day. Formatted in Word, this attendance template can be printed and used in a classroom or school office.

If you need a blank attendance record template, this PDF version has a basic layout for documenting student attendance for whatever dates you want to include. You can also use columns to record absences or other data for each student. Teachers can print this template and hang it on a classroom wall to help younger students check themselves in each day.

This monthly template supplies a grid layout for tracking attendance and adding daily totals for each student, as well as for the classroom as a whole. For easy filing, you can record the time, month, location, and any other relevant data at the top of the template. Print a copy of each month to create an attendance record for the entire school year.

An attendance sheet in Excel is an electronic document used to record attendances at meetings and seminars, usually including names of participants and the times they arrive and depart. This can then be analyzed, allowing to track trends and identify absentees.

Because we have set a recurring schedule, it is possible certain holidays breaks or off days for the site would be included automatically. Or, if a snow day happens within a term, users can include the snow day here, so attendance trends are calculated correctly.

For certain types of classes, there may be a limited number of meetings. For example, a workshop with only three dates or a training with only 1 date. Or it could be the case that a schedule does not fit neatly into recurring structure.

Incomplete - The participant did not meet the completion criteria for a specific number of days. Ex. 7/10 days required for a class, the participant had more than 3 absences during the term.
