Want to turn your Octathlon into a Decathlon? Here are the rules and resources!

RULES:

• Any combination of consoles/emulators is allowed throughout the race (although emulating Mario Party 8-10 is not recommended)
• Timing starts when you select "New Game" in Mario Party 1 and ends when the word "Finish" displays on the final minigame on the final board with 0 hearts on each character in Mario Party 10.
• All speedrun.com rules for each game apply.
• Any run can count as a run for the respective category.
• You may use any character, except in Mario Party 10, where you must play as Bowser.

BLIND RUN ESTIMATES:

*Mario Party has a LOT of RNG, you can end up being far behind these estimates on games if you get extremely unlucky.

RESOURCES:

MP9: any character

• Timing starts when you press 'Start' after setting guide messages options.
• Timing ends when you see ''You are the Superstar'' after the final board.

MP10: Bowser (uhh....)

• The time starts right when you press "A" when Bowser Jr. tells you to stop the others from reaching the end!
• Time ends right when the word Finish displays on the final minigame on the final board with 0 hearts on each character.
