J. Eli Fresquez, Ph.D., LISW/LCSW, is nationally recognized for his expertise in Social Work Exam Preparation. He received a Ph.D., in Social Work and Psychology and a Master’s in Psychology from the University of Michigan. Additionally, he received a Master of Social Work from Michigan State University.
Dr. Fresquez has practiced Social Work for over thirty-five years, was the first chairperson of the New Mexico Social Work Board of Examiners and chaired the National Social Work Examination Committee responsible for the creation and administration of the National Social Work Examination. Dr. Fresquez has conducted hundreds of Social Work Examination Preparatory Seminars with excellent results. He has taught in several major universities and writes in the field of Social Work and Corrections and Examination Preparation.
Dr. Fresquez also conducts seminars on Organizational Development, Creating Competence in the Workplace and Leadership Management. He is also an expert in designing, implementation and evaluating Behavioral Health Treatment Systems in Social Work practice setting. At present, Dr. Fresquez, is a Social Work Entrepreneur, is co-chair of the New Mexico Social Work Task Force and is working to increase the number of competent social workers practicing social work.
