My biggest goal is to be able to be a part of a research team that searches for ways to prevent Alzheimer's and studies the effects on brain development from various situations. In my free time, I love to draw and paint, play classical pieces on my piano, and practice my calligraphy!

Hello! My name is Taryn Nguyen and I am currently interested in the medical field, specifically in paths such as Dermatology, Psychology, and Nursing. My family members, who have taken on a variety of medical related jobs, have inspired me throughout my life, which is one of the reasons why I chose to pursue medicine. Medicine has a large impact on people's daily lives, and I want to help those who are scared of the future or their health issues and let them know that they're not alone.
