Maple Iced Pumpkin Cookies

Base cookie dough is made with organic all-purpose flour, 100% pure maple syrup, pecans and organic pumpkin puree.

Optional add-in: finely chopped dates

Pistachio Chocolate Chip

These super soft, lightly pistachio flavored cookies are made from scratch. Although they do not have pistachio pieces in them, they do contain powdered pistachios.

Traditional molasses cookies with ginger and cinnamon.

Eggs

Our chickens are pasture raised. Eggs are unwashed.

• Unwashed eggs at room temperature eggs will keep for two weeks. 

• Unwashed refrigerated eggs are good for up to 3 months.

What they eat:

• Foraging - eating bugs & grass as well as fruits &vegetables from our garden and organically grown produce. 

  • They love tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce, peaches, apples, grapes & berries!

• Supplemental "Scratch & Peck" organic chicken feed

• Homemade supplemental feed - A mixture of black sunflower seeds, chia seeds, organic oats, ground oyster shell and plain Greek yogurt. They love it!

Sourdough Bread

Base ingredients include: Bread flour, sourdough starter, filtered water & salt. 

• Italian herb & cheddar 

  • Sharp white cheddar, basil, oregano, garlic & sundried tomato infused olive oil

• Raisin

  • Vanilla soaked raisins, butter, brown sugar

  • Optional add-in: walnuts or pecans

• Cranberry

  • dried cranberries, brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice

• Cacio e Pepe

  • Sea salt, Cracked Black Pepper, Romano and Parmesan cheeses

• Jalapeño & Cheddar

  • Sharp cheddar cheese and chopped jalapeño peppers 

Vanilla Extract

Base liquor is either bourbon, Rum or Vodka.
