Multi Company Drills

This page provides an overview of the upcoming Multi-Company Drill, which will focus on Rapid Intervention Team (RIT) operations and firefighter rescue. The drill will incorporate FES slides to reinforce size-up, decision-making, and coordinated RIT deployment under dynamic conditions.

All participating personnel are encouraged to review the RIT chapter prior to arrival to ensure a common baseline of knowledge and to maximize the effectiveness of hands-on training. This drill is designed to strengthen inter-company coordination, reinforce critical RIT fundamentals, and enhance firefighter safety during complex fireground operations.
