Fish identification and tracking

Real-time AI/ML fish identification and tracking, from WP5, applied on video stream from seabed observatory. Development in synergy with project DTO Bioflow (partner University of Gothenburg). 

• What (action) - if alert is generated on occurrence of e.g., invasive or specific fish type or jellyfish. 

• Integration in progress with EDITO – both through EMODNet Biology for species observation and EDITO Data Lake with other data types – i.e. image/video, eDNA etc.
