This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") outlines the list of personal data (hereinafter referred to as "Data") that may be requested from users (hereinafter referred to as the "User") in the mobile application OCD Guard (hereinafter referred to as "O. Guard") and the methods of processing such data.
The Policy also applies to information that the creators of O. Guard (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") receive as a result of the User's use of their application.
0.1. Aggregation – the process of summarizing collected data.
0.2. Daily Surveys – a feature of O. Guard that includes questions about compulsions and obsessions throughout the day.
0.3. Onboarding – the process of introducing the application to the User through short descriptions and instructions.
1.1. The User expresses and confirms their consent to this Policy by accessing or using any functions of O. Guard, regardless of whether they have completed onboarding. Otherwise, the User must stop using O. Guard.
1.2. The personal data of the User that may be processed by the Operator, but only if the User voluntarily participates in a survey or an in-depth interview to improve the application, include:
Last name, first name
Email address
1.3. The technical data of the User that may be processed include:
Device information
App session times
Whether or not the User completes daily surveys
Generated statistics
App crash reports
1.4. Personal data that may be collected during in-depth interviews and surveys about the application (subject to the User's prior and additional consent) include:
User’s first and last name
Email address / Telegram username (for communication)
2.1. The Operator uses the User’s data for the following purposes:
Identifying the User for participation in surveys, in-depth interviews, and other research to improve the application, subject to the User's consent.
Providing feedback to the User, including sending informational materials.
Generating statistics on app usage.
3.1. This Policy takes effect when the User first accesses O. Guard and remains in force indefinitely.
4.1. The Operator stores and protects the Data from unauthorized access and distribution in accordance with internal rules and regulations.
4.2. The Operator maintains the confidentiality of the User's Data, except in cases where the User makes it publicly available.
4.3. The Operator may publish data only after aggregation, in the form of summarized statistics.
4.4. Due to data aggregation, it is not possible to delete individual data entries.
5.1. The Operator ensures the confidentiality of the User’s Data. If the Data is lost or disclosed, the Operator must notify the User.
5.2. The Operator has the right to amend this Policy. The User is responsible for monitoring any changes. The latest version is available at the following link: https://ocdguard.framer.website.
5.3. The User has the right to opt out of further data collection by disabling this function in the application.
