OCA-EVC established the following chapter awards to recognize individuals (members or non-members) and/or groups who have accomplishments related and/or contributed to the community, the State, the Nation, or the society as a whole. Below are the chapter award categories and criteria.

Outstanding Achievement Award: The Outstanding Achievement Award is given to an individual who has attained a certain status or recognition in a particular field. A nomination or recommendation letter from someone in the candidate’s similar field is required.

Community Leadership Award: The Community Leadership Award is given to an individual who has demonstrated his/her outstanding leadership and has made substantial contributions financially, physically, or spiritually to the region or society. A nomination or recommendation letter from someone familiar with the same community's activities is required.

Service Award: The Service Award is given to an individual who has provided outstanding service(s) to the community within or outside OCA/EVC. A nomination or recommendation letter from someone who benefited from the service(s) is required. No more than two Service Awards will be given in any given year.
