 If a client has had a project canceled by me due to a time issue or sudden project cancellation, I am no longer obligated to take up any commission again from said client ever.

When commissioning me for Photography I require I'm paid in full before the taking of photographs.

When commissioning me for a Landscaping job I require I'm paid in full if not a down payment equal to no less than 1/3rd of the original price before I begin landscaping.

When commissioning me for custom jewelry note that they are not to be resold under any circumstances, unless a special contract has been put in place and specified they they be so. Items must be explicitly specified with entity description and function.

My refund policy is as follows:

• If I receive no response from the client within a time frame that I feel is appropriate I have the right to withdraw from the project. The maximum refund issued will be 3/4th of the original payment.

• If I complete the commission and client decides they no longer want what I have landscaped, everything I own that is on the land will be returned and reset, the maximum refund issued will be 1/2 of the original price.

• If I complete a landscaping commission and my client decides they do not like it but will keep the design there will be no refund issued.

•Refunds will not be issued after 48 hours have passed post completion of service.
