Your problem is you cannot create stinger for OBS because:
You don't want to pay for adobe after effects or download crack that might contains virus.
You found synfig BUT you CAN'T export WEBM
Luckily you can export transparent sequence of .png files, but you cannot compile it to webm.
You search all over the internet but still don't know how to actually do it.
