These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application Obsidian Studio (the "App").
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
If you are under 18 years old, you may use the App only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Obsidian Studio allows users to create, edit, and manage creative design projects.
Depending on the available features, users may:
Create graphic designs and visual content
Edit images and creative assets
Organize and manage projects
Export completed designs
Access creative tools and templates
The App is intended for creative and personal use.
You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or import into the App, including images, graphics, designs, and projects.
By using the App, you confirm that:
You own the content or have permission to use it.
Your content does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
Your content is not unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate.
The App does not claim ownership of your content.
You agree not to:
Use the App for any illegal purpose.
Upload or create content that infringes intellectual property rights.
Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the App.
Use the App to distribute malicious software or harmful content.
Exploit the App commercially without authorization.
All software, technology, trademarks, branding, interface elements, and design of the App are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Some features of the App may use artificial intelligence to generate or edit content.
AI-generated results are provided for creative purposes only and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every intended use.
Users are responsible for reviewing all generated content before using or sharing it.
Some features of the App require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions:
Are billed through the Apple App Store.
Automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
Can be managed through your Apple Account settings.
Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple.
The App does not collect or store payment information.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for:
AI-generated results that do not meet user expectations.
Temporary service interruptions.
Loss of user-created projects or preferences.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App or subscription, if any.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
