 to continually help people in new ways. Current courses include Craniosacral therapy 1, Intro to IASTM tools, and Lymphatic Drainage coming in the fall.

Takara is dedicated to helping clients as a whole entity. Composing a treatment plan while accomplishing a client’s goals through assessment, a specific treatment plan, and homecare, all of which are custom to each client’s personal needs. Takara promotes client education for prevention and recovery. This creates an overall sense of wellbeing, with options of referral to aid in the client’s best interest. With experience with headaches/migraines, daily stress,

 depression, anxiety, nerve damage, vertebral disc issues, muscle tension, and several others, Takara hopes to facilitate healing wherever it is needed. She uses a wide range of techniques such as myofascial release, general Swedish massage, trigger point therapy,

 Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM tools) and many others.
