Anthony grew up in and currently resides in Oberlin with his family. Aside from his volunteerism on the OBSF board, he is an FT firefighter with the City and a PT paramedic. Anthony also enjoys coaching for the federation and interacting with the kids. He is passionate about their growth as athletes and as individuals. "I love working with the youth in the community that I grew up in".  During his tenure as a coach, he has led his teams to Final Four and Championship brackets and is dedicated to the continued advancement of this program and organization. 

A '23 All-Ohio Academic Scholar and recent graduate, Brittany is a hard-working philanthropist residing in Oberlin with her daughter. She is a FT employee in the Office of Advancement at Oberlin College and a CASA/Guardian Ad Litem within Lorain County Justice Center. You can find her active within the OBSF community developing her skill sets as a coach, manager, or umpire. Brittany's passion for softball has led her Farm teams to the State Final Four, and she is confident that a State Championship is near. Coaching has influenced her decision to join the executive board. She is dedicated to the growth, development, and future of the federation so generations can enjoy the love of the game. 

Kristi has been an Oberlin resident for the past 20 years where she resides with her husband, son, and daughter. She currently works at Oberlin Elementary School as the Literacy Coach and has previously taught Kindergarten, First grade, and Second grade over her career. She has been an active member and played many roles within the Federation since her son and daughter played Farm baseball and softball. They both are now in high school. She enjoys being a part of the board where she exhibits her amazing organization skills and helps to make playing possible for all athletes who want to play ball!
