Reaching the Venue

Via Air:

Shuttle services from Biju Patnaik International Airport (BBI) to the meeting venue will be arranged on 14th March (afternoon), and from the venue to BBI Airport on 17th March (morning). 

Tentative Pick up at Bhubaneswar Airport on 14th March. Our volunteers will wait for you to report at the Airport arrivals.

Shuttle 1: 10:10 AM (+ 15 min)

Shuttle 2: 12:45 PM (+ 15 min)

Shuttle 3: 3:00 PM (+ 15 min)

The shuttles will wait for 15 more mins in case of flight delays.

Shuttle 1 and Shuttle 2 will be going via NISER so that people staying here will be picked up on the way and finally be dropped at the venue.

Pick up at the venue on 17th March to be dropped in the Bhubaneswar Airport.

Shuttle 1: 9:00 AM

Shuttle 2: 10:00 AM

Those who are unable to take these shuttles are requested to take the Uber which will cost approximately Rs 1200.

Also, you may travel by train from Bhubaneswar railway station. The Puri Vande Bharat Express operates twice daily.

Distance: 65 km (approx.) 

Via Train:

     From Puri railway station (PURI) one can hire an auto-rickshaw or taxi.

     Distance: 5km (approx)

Other Details 

• Hotel Check in - 14th March afternoon. Check out & Departure - 17th March morning.

• Desk registration will start on 14th March evening (4pm to 5pm)

• Talk format will be 20 min (15' talk + 5' for questions). The talk can be given by the PI or student or shared between both.

• Poster dimensions: A0 portrait standard size (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm / 33.1 x 46.8 inches).
