Schedule

Each participating group will be provided 20 mins of platform time. PIs can decide how to pitch their research within this time. This could take the form of a single talk by the PI or a student/postdoc from the PI's group or a mix of talks from the PI and student/postdoc. Participating groups also have the option of putting up posters to showcase their research.

The venue of the meeting is the Guest House in the IISER Pune campus.

Talks and poster sessions are at the auditorium in the Guest House. 

Talk duration is 15 min with 5 mins of Q&A.

Poster boards are 55.5 inches tall and 46 inches wide.

Posters can be put up and left on the board for both days.

Banquet is in The Tenth Floor, Baner Road.
