At Obit, we take your privacy and data autonomy seriously. In compliance with Google Play’s User Data policy regarding account deletion, we provide this dedicated platform to allow users to request the permanent deletion of their account and all associated personal data stored on our cloud servers, even if the application has already been uninstalled from their mobile device.

1. What Data Will Be Deleted?

When your account deletion request is fully processed and confirmed, the following data will be **permanently and irreversibly purged** from our cloud servers (Firebase database) within 7 business days:

• Your registered email address.

• Your account profile 

• Your premium subscription synchronization records (if applicable).

*Note: Any screen time logs, app usage statistics, and local configuration settings are stored exclusively on your device ("Local-First" architecture) and are completely deleted when you uninstall the Obit application from your phone.*

2. Manual Verification & Processing Timeline (Max 48 Hours)

To protect our users from unauthorized data deletion (e.g., someone malicious submitting your email address), we handle all deletion requests through a secure manual verification process:

Step 1: Form Submission** – You fill out and submit the deletion request form below.

Step 2: Developer Initial Response (Within 48 Hours)** – Within a maximum of 48 hours (calculated strictly during business days), our developer will review your submission and send a secure verification message to your registered email address.

Step 3: User Confirmation (Action Required)** – You must reply directly to that email from your registered account to confirm that you are the rightful owner requesting this deletion. 

Step 4: Permanent Purge** – Once we receive your email confirmation, your account and all server data will be completely erased within 7 business days.
