This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, store, and process your Personal Information (defined below) through our websites (https://oldrecroom.com, https://obfacus.oldrecroom.com, and their subdomains) and through the Obfacus® video game (together, the “Services”). This Policy does not apply to information collected offline or by third parties (except where noted).
We collect different kinds of information depending on how you use the Services, including:
Identifiers
Name, email, username, phone number, IP address, or display name.
Protected Characteristics
Age or date of birth.
Contacts
If you allow access to your device’s contacts, we only compare them against existing players to help you find friends. This info isn’t stored.
Sensory Data
Voice (via microphone) and animation data from head movement or facial expressions (including TrueDepth® on supported Apple® devices). We do not store this information.
System Data
Loaded DLLs and “small memory dump” data in the event of a crash.
User-Generated Content
Anything you create or reveal publicly in multiplayer chat or public areas of the game.
We may also collect non-identifying information for any lawful purpose.
Junior Mode
Users identified as under 13 are placed in Junior Mode, limiting communication features to comply with COPPA. Junior Users cannot use voice chat, cannot publicly share personal info, and receive anonymized display names.
Registration
Junior Users may register, but a parent/guardian must complete a notice and/or consent process. A parent’s email is collected to set up the child’s account.
Use & Disclosure for Children’s Data
Children’s data is used for:
• account setup
• communication with a parent
• safety and legal compliance
Children’s information may be disclosed only when necessary for safety, investigations, to prevent liability, or when legally required.

We do not store or share this data.
Automatically From Your Device
We may collect browsing information, crash data, or usage activity.

Examples include:
• platform providers (PlayStation®, Steam, Oculus)
• multiplayer services
• cloud hosting
• analytics providers
We may use cookies to improve functionality or analyze usage. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may stop working.
