We invite junior and senior researchers to apply. To participate, please submit an abstract (max. 250 words) and indicate your preferred presentation format (talk, blitz talk, or poster) by 15 May 2026 

Selection criteria include thematic fit with the meeting’s integrative aims, expected contribution to discussion, geographical diversity, and representation across career stages (with particular encouragement of early-career researchers).

Please note that participation in the interdisciplinary meeting requires a separate submission (preferably a poster; alternatively, formats such as a short or super-blitz talk may be considered).

Registration Fees 

Full EASP Member Graduate Level (Post Doc upwards) - 200€

Full EASP Member Under Graduate Level (PhD Candidates) - 150€

Non members Graduate Level (Post Doc upwards) - 250€

Non members Under Graduate Level (PhD Candidates) - 180€

Accommodation / further finance information will be shared to accepted participants via email pending additional funding.

Financial Aid 

PhD Students in need of financial support, please state your request for financial aid within the submission email. We will review financial aid (registration fees and accommodation costs) in individual cases.
