Currently, we focus on applying Digital Marketing and Strategic Management Best Practices for SME to increase their sales, increase value to customers and reduce costs. Our methodology challenges current practice among majority of SME competing fully by pricing to consider focusing on customers instead of competitors. A simple example is when customers choose which product to buy – the cheapest, the middle priced or the most expansive. It depends on what the customers want and which seller meets the customers need, it is not price alone and our technology solutions can help SMEs in determining the right customers segment and the right pricing for their products/services. This is our core offering for SMEs to achieve more success locally and internationally.
Corporations, Government Agencies and NGOs
With regards to the above, we focus on Human Capital Development and Process Automation using available technology to create a better working environment to increase productivity, reduce waste and improve profitability and value to the organization.
Based on our past experience these 2 groups : SME and Larger Organizations are inter-related and we have various projects that involves both parties thus the focus on these 2 groups of potential clients for our products/services. Overall, our offerings focus on technology and human capital solutions to increase organization value, increase productivity and reduce costs. Hopefully we can also make employers, employees, customers happier and satisfied during this process.

This focus on sales online or offline creates a momentum towards achieving higher number of sales instead of evaluating the impact of these sales towards strengthening the business and cashflows. We started organizing Digital Marketing & technology training for entrepreneurs and employees since 2016. The results from most of our past training are mostly towards strengthening the participants abilities and confidence in selling their products/services online in a more organized and consistent manner. Most of our past learners (business owners, agents and employees) are able to increase their sales with zero marketing techniques, utilizing free tools available online and continuously engage their customers with relevant content and activities.

For students who are interested to start their own business but do not have any product/services, at the end of the program they will be matched to suitable product owners/services that is within their area based on smart partnership agreement with various organizations which includes DPMM. DMDI, IECM & local product owners
The main purpose of this program is to ensure that the learners are able to use digital technologies to increase thier household income using successful time tested techniques and tactics. This is supported by our pool of coaches and product owners who are committed to guide/support the participants to achieve success for up to 3 months.
As the knowledge, skills and attitude introduced in the program are also used by international companies, values and best practice, we believe the learners will also be recognized within the Digital Marketing industry to sell other brands products/services as well.
The key purpose of this program is to produce positive, healthy mind and body Digital Entrepreneurs who are skilled at solving their customers challenges/problems at work and in their lives. This critical skills, knowledge and attitude is the key to a Digital Entrepreneur success and survivability in any economic and business challenge.
