What To Expect @

The term chiropractic means “treatment by hand”, and since 1895 there have been a series of techniques that have evolved from the original spinal manipulation methods.  Therefore, our chiropractors will use a wide range of techniques and don't just crack necks & backs, they also use gentle techniques which don't involve any clicks or cracks.  If you have a preference in the type of treatment you want to receive, or have any questions, please discuss with the chiropractor at any time during your consultation. As ACC providers, our chiropractors are licensed to treat a wide variety of injuries covered by this national health scheme and are able to process claims without referral or treat you on an existing claim.   We look forward to restoring you back to optimum health. 

The initial consultation will take approximately 30 to 40 minutes.

Subsequent appointments will take between 15 & 20 minutes.  There is no typical course or length of treatment as individuals tend to respond differently, however as a general rule our chiropractors aim on making a positive difference within 4 sessions and will regularly discuss progress with patients.

It is expected that payment will take place at time of consultation or by online payment within 7 days. Eftpos is available.

Please let us know if you cannot make your appointment. If an appointment is not kept without notification, a $40 fee will be charged.  This needs to be paid before your next appointment.  Cancellations can be made first thing on the same day of the appointment.  We have an active waiting list, and cancelled appointments can be filled from the waiting list. We will endeavor to provide a courtesy reminder call or text the day before your appointment. Our Chiropractors run to time. If you are late, you may miss your appointment and be charged.
