You are invited to join the Oakmont Table Tennis Club

Oakmont residents interested in playing Table Tennis are invited to join the OTTC.
Playing Table Tennis at OTTC implies acceptance of our Rules.
There are no OTTC membership fees for the time being.
Only members will receive email notifications distributed through ottc@googlegroups.com. This email alias is blocked for non-members. Group conversations are captured at the https://groups.google.com/g/ottc site. Access is granted exclusively to members. By sending an email to ottc+unsubscribe@googlegroups.com you can unsubscribe from this group.

The OTTC-J4F subgroup is meant for players who don't want to mix immediately with higher skilled players. Within J4F you can also enjoy coaching / mentoring. J4F players are also OTTC members and are welcome at regular playtime as well.
Via the dedicated TeamReach group Table Tennis J4F players can discuss subgroup specifics and make playing arrangements without involving all OTTC members in the conversation.
Usually you start with installing the TeamReach app on your iOS or Android smartphone.

Use access code OakmontTT7 to join theTeamReach Table Tennis group.
Once you installed and activated TeamReach on your smartphone you can login also through your desktop / laptop by opening the page https://desktop.teamreach.com/login in a browser. Log in with the same credentials as used for TeamReach on the smartphone, for example authentication through Facebook. Now you can perform all operations both from the desktop and from the smartphone, for example announcing your presence at an upcoming playtime.
It is also possible to use TeamRech just on the desktop without prior installation on a smartphone. Just open https://desktop.teamreach.com/desktop in your browser and click on Sign Up at the bottom of the window. Then enter OakmontTT7 to join our J4F group.

Members of the OTTC group ottc@googlegroups.com can decide how they want to receive emails delivered through the group's alias.

The delivery options are: Each email, Digest, Abridged, and No email.

You receive an individual email in your inbox every time a message is posted to the group.

You receive a daily consolidated email that bundles up to 25 complete messages from the group.

You receive a daily email with a summary of up to 150 messages.

To read a full message, you go to the corresponding group member page and click Conversations on the left-hand side.

You will not receive any emails from the group directly.

To read the messages, you go to the corresponding group member page and click Conversations on the left-hand side.

When adding a new member to a group this option is set by default to Each email.

You can change your individual delivery setting yourself as following:

Go to our group member page https://groups.google.com/g/ottc
On the left-hand side, click My membership settings.
Under Subscription, click the dropdown arrow and select your preferred delivery option.
Click Save changes.

If preferred, you can also request the change via email to oakTTclub@gmail.com.
