Who we are
We are not a Home Owner's Association. We are the Recreation Association between the three neighborhoods: Brookwood Plantation, Holly Springs and Brookwood Lakes. ORRA maintains the entrances, the lake green space, the tennis/pickleball courts, the pool maintenance and lifeguard services.

It's so exciting!!! We've got a new look. We have renovated the pool tile and coping. Soon the cabana umbrellas will be installed for added shade and we hope to add a COOL Zone for the kids! We've hired a new pool maintenance company that employs college-aged lifeguards - PMI. 2025 here we come!
We have also added 2 new pickleball courts for the pickleball enthusiasts. Soon we plan to repair the courts with a foundation lift for a solid smooth surface! Look in the members tab to schedule court time.
