FLAT FEE OF $380 Price includes $70 (Application fee) + $10.33 (Record Management fee) per city of Oakland.

If sidewalk does not pass upon inspection, credit will be applied to re submission to the city once the sidewalk meets the city of Oakland's Specifications.

Submission of the permit and application do not guarantee approval by the city of Oakland.

If sidewalk is within city standards, City of Oakland Compliance Certificate will be issued within 7-10 Days of request. If the subject sidewalk needs to be repaired, Oaklandsidewalk.com will notify applicant that further items will need to be corrected.
