Elizabeth Neeley

CENTRAL MICHIGAN UNIVERSITY

Elizabeth Neeley is a Child Development Major with family studies and dance minors at Central Michigan University. During her time at CMU, she has performed in both Student Choreography Showcase and University Theatre Dance Company Concert within the dance program; volunteered at Helen Devos Children's Hospital; and works in the Child Development office. Future career ambitions include becoming a Child Life Specialist in a children's hospital, and she hopes to keep dance in her future life through teaching opportunities.

Emerson Howard

CENTRAL MICHIGAN UNIVERSITY

Emerson Howard is a dance studies and elementary education major, expected to graduate in August of 2028. She has studied at Central Michigan University and Avalon School of the Arts. She studied Ballet, Jazz, Modern, Hip hop, Dance Appreciation, and Writing About Dance. She has performed at the Avalon School of the Arts in The Nutcracker, and Peter and the Wolf. At Central, she performed in the Student choreography Showcase, CMU Student Production Life Cycle, and CMU Student Production Perfectly Imperfect. She was a teaching assistant at Avalon, where she helped teach 3 classes and was a substitute when needed. She worked with kids ages 5 - 12 and taught 5 Tap, Ballet, and 2 Acro classes.

Peyton Kater

CENTRAL MICHIGAN UNIVERSITY

Peyton Kater is a Dance Studies Major and Secondary Education Major at Central Michigan University. During her time at CMU, she has been a featured performer in CMU studio showcases Life Cycles and a soloist in studio showcase perfectly imperfect; preformed and choreographed in the Student Choreography Concert; been a selected performer in the University Theater Dance Concert; and has been a featured dancer in dance films. Future career ambitions include teaching social studies and dance conservatory classes in a secondary education school.

Whitney Patterson

CENTRAL MICHIGAN UNIVERSITY

Whitney Patterson is an Elementary Education and Dance Studies double major at Central Michigan University. During her time at CMU, she has performed in the University Theatre Dance Company Concert, performed in the University Theatre and Dance Studio production “Perfectly Imperfect” and performed for the Student Choreography Concert. In the future she hopes to teach Kindergarten and choreograph competition dance at her home studio!
