REGISTER

We operate on a first come first serve basis.  We are not a juried fair.  When you complete the registration and pay, you are guranteed a space in the fair.  Registration opens in January.  

We use a non profit website called givelively for our registration.

Select a space, in the area you would like to be in.  Example, if you want to be in the Commons, select one space in Commons.

Complete check out, and pay for your space.   You will get an email confirmation upon completion, it will come from givelively.  (hello@givelively.org) If you don't receive it check your spam folder.  Please also complete the Google form linked in that email.

Depending on the area you select your space will be:

Commons - 8x6 | Lobby - 8x6 | Hallway - 4x10 | Upper Gym - 4x10 | Lower Gym - 8x6

Non-electric - $85, Electric - $95

Non-electric Commons - $95, Electric Commons - $100

We do have a limited number of electric spaces.  They are in the Hallway, Upper Gym, Lobby and Commons.  

There is no electric access in the Lower Gym.  If you need an electric space, please select that option when you register.  

If you need an additional space, select one electric and one non electric space.  

There is no option for two electric spaces, with two outlets. 

No. The OHBA Fall Fair is only for crafters. You are welcome at our Spring Craft and Vendor Fair.

If you want to be in the Commons and that area says sold out, then yes it is sold out.  I cannot place you in the Commons.  You will need to select another area.  

If all the areas say sold out, then the fair is sold out.  Our Fall Fair typically sells out months before the day of the event.  If you would like to be placed on the waitlist, select waitlist and complete check out.  This is the only way to be placed on the waitlist.  We will take a maximum of 75 people for the waitlist and then the waitlist will be closed.   You will be notified by email if we can offer you a space in the Fall Fair.  You will have 24 hours to respond and then we will move to the next person on the waitlist.  Please make sure you type in your email address correctly.
