2026-27 PTA Board

How long have you been on the board? This will be my 4th year on the board. I was the Spirit Wear Chair for 3 years and this is my first year in the President role.

What's your favorite event at Oak Grove?
I really love Family Night (and I love planning it!). I love how laid back it is and my family always has a ton of fun!

How long have you been on the board? This will be my 4th year on the board. I have been the Membership chair for the past few years and this year I will be secretary. 

What's your favorite event at Oak Grove? My favorite event is Family Night. I love how the PTA provides different experiences for our families. We may have a movie night one year and then a tricky tray event with a live band another year. It is always a fun time!

What's your favorite event at Oak Grove? My favorite PTA event is definitely Carnival.

How long have you been on the board? This will be my second year on the board, and my 7th year on the Yearbook Committee!

How long have you been on the board? This will be my first year on the PTA board.

What's your favorite event at Oak Grove? My favorite event is family night. The music is fun to listen to and it's also great to watch the kids enjoy the dancing and having fun as well.

How long have you been on the board? This will be my 3rd year!

What's your favorite event at Oak Grove? One of my favorite events is Meet the Teacher/Back to school Night! Everyone is filled with excitement and anticipation for a new year filled with lots of learning and fun!

How long have you been on the board? I became a PTA member in 2014 when my oldest started Kindergarten. I joined the board in 2017 and have served ever since!

What's your favorite event at Oak Grove? My favorite event is Carnival. It's so fun to see the excitement build while we set up during the day, and then enjoy an evening of visiting, volunteering, and playing!

How long have you been on the board? This is my second year on the PTA board.

What's your favorite event at Oak Grove? My  favorite event is the carnival. I really enjoyed being the carnival chair last year and seeing how much effort, support, and teamwork our whole community puts in to make it such a successful event. It truly showed me what can be accomplished when everyone comes together.

How long have you been on the board? This is my second year on the board, and my first year taking over social media.

What's your favorite event at Oak Grove? Fall Carnival is my favorite PTA event because it brings our entire school community together in a way that no other event does. Seeing families, teachers, staff, and volunteers unite to create a fun and memorable experience for our students is incredibly rewarding. It’s a wonderful reminder of what we can accomplish when we come together to support our children and our school.

How long have you been on the board? This is my 20th year on a PTA board or being a chair of an event. I joined the year my oldest started kindergarten, and have had a chair/board position ever since. I made a personal goal of wanting to hit 20 years, and so grateful it will correspond with my youngest finishing at Oak Grove. I did it for several years that the kids school in Ohio before joining at Oak Grove when we moved here

What's your favorite event at Oak Grove? My favorite event has always been any Fall event, both in Ohio before moving her and in Visalia. So I would say carnival! I've chaired in 8 times!

How long have you been on the board? This is my 3rd year as a board member. My first 2 years I served as social media chair.  This year I’m chairing restaurant nights!

What's your favorite event at Oak Grove? My favorite event is Fall Carnival. Halloween + community coming together in cool weather = The Best!

What's your favorite event at Oak Grove? My favorite event is Family Night because I love the variety of events we’ve done and seeing  everyone enjoying a relaxing and fun night!
