O2 Hyper Health Ltd (“we”, “us” or “our”) operates the Hyperbaric Oxygen Clinic (“Clinic”), a private clinic that offers hyperbaric oxygen therapy and molecular hydrogen inhalation.
O2 Hyper Health Ltd is based at 17 Albert Street, Rugby, CV21 2SD, Warwickshire.
O2 Hyper Health Ltd, registered private limited company No. 11640253 (‘O2 Hyper Health Ltd’ or ‘we’ or ‘us’), is a ‘Data Controller’ for the Data Protection Act 2018. This means we are responsible for and control the processing of your Personal Data.

During your visit to O2 Hyper Health Ltd, we will gather personal and clinical information about you. Any information which you provide will be stored and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018. Detailed information about the information we collect about you and how we use it is contained in our Privacy Policy.
We collect Personal Data provided by you, about you. This may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, phone number, gender, date of birth and in some cases, personal preferences, existing or historical medical details. The purposes of collecting your Personal Data are to provide Health and Wellbeing Services to you. Personal Data is collected and used for the purpose of delivering the services you have requested from O2 Hyper Health Ltd and/or the Practitioners contracted with O2 Hyper Health Ltd as Data Controllers.
O2 Hyper Health Ltd's Practitioners use your Personal Data for legitimate interest to provide Health and Wellbeing Services to you. We do not sell or trade your Personal Data to others.
O2 Hyper Health Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) as a Data Controller and has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted on IG@thehealthsuite.co.uk should you wish to find out further information about our Privacy Policy or handling of your Personal Data.
We may change this privacy policy from time to time. You should check this policy occasionally to ensure you are aware of the most recent version. It has been updated on 1st April 2026. Please note that all clients will be requested to sign the policies below before starting treatments at O2 Hyper Health Ltd.
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY.
Our goal is to provide a service of the highest quality with short waiting times, giving you access to treatments at the right time. You will be aware that we are a busy clinic and appointments are often in high demand.

There is a £20 non-refundable deposit payable before the session, and the rest of the payment will be collected on the day of the session.
We politely request that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment rescheduling and cancellation in order to allow another client to have treatment sooner.
If you do not attend, or cancel, a pre-booked appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to charge you 100% of the appointment fee (prepaid session is considered to have taken place) or withhold a deposit paid by the client without possibility of refund.
If you arrive late to your appointment, it is at the discretion of the practitioner to decide whether they have enough time to see you and still provide an optimal service. If they decide they are unable to see you, you will be charged 100% of the appointment fee (prepaid session is considered to have taken place) or a withholding of a deposit paid by the client without possibility of refund.
O2 Hyper Health Ltd understands that things crop up in life that are unexpected. While we are truly sympathetic, O2 Hyper Health Ltd cannot absorb the financial responsibility of last-minute cancellations or missed appointments. In fairness to all clients, this policy is in effect regardless of the reason for the cancellation.
While we strive to fulfil all orders as efficiently as possible, there may be circumstances beyond our control that necessitate the cancellation of an order. We reserve the right to cancel any orders at our discretion. In the event that an order is cancelled, the session will be rescheduled to another available time. We appreciate your understanding and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Each first hyperbaric oxygen therapy session is preceded by a free consultation, during which:
The client receives all information about oxygen therapy and its effects in the ailment/disease presented by the client (the reason for using oxygen therapy);
The offered hyperbaric chambers are shown, and the principles of their operation are discussed;
The client receives information about the company's policy, terms and conditions;
The client fills in and signs a consent form to receive oxygen therapy.
It is the customer's responsibility to inform the O2 HYPER HEALTH employee of any changes in health conditions before the start of each subsequent hyperbaric oxygen session.
PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
The clients have the possibility to purchase a single session or a package of our offered treatments and make a payment by card, cash, or bank transfer.
The prices for such packages and individual sessions are set out in the price list, accessible on our website or at O2 Hyper Health Ltd studio in Rugby.
Subject to the below, packages are transferable but non-refundable, and if you decide not to proceed with your course of treatment for any reason, you will not be able to claim a refund for any sessions which have not been used.
The packages have expiration dates on them and need to be used within the time provided on the plans. If you decide not to proceed with your course of treatment for any reason, you will not be able to claim a refund for any sessions which have not been used or extend the expiration date on them. HBOT sessions are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
The client is financially responsible for any damage caused by the client during the oxygen therapy session. The customer has 7 working days to cover the costs incurred for any repairs by O2 HYPER HEALTH LTD.
