WORK EXPERIENCE
🛟INDUSTRIAL TRAINING (MSc. INTERNSHIP) | FEB. 2024 – PRESENT
DEPARTMENT: BMEIS & ACADEMIC NEUROSCIENCES CENTRE, King’s College London (KCL), London, U.K
Conducting comprehensive research on brain cortex segmentation under the auspice of Dr. Robinson and Dr. Vasa.
Adapting and fine-tuning segmentation models coupled with advanced pre-processing for cortical segmentation of MRI scans to accurately partition brain tissues (CSF, VEN, WM, GMS, GMC, BS CB) amidst ultra-low resolution and variable intensities.
Utilizing nnU-Net toolkit, U-Net segmentation model with ResNet34 as backbone, custom 3D U-Net and segmentation models (Unet, SegResNet) with MONAI for cortical segmentation to compare performance.
Developing projects in Python using TensorFlow and PyTorch frameworks, with sample code for cortical segmentation provided: New code: nnUNet_KhulaLF , MONAI(3DUNet) , MONAI(SegResNet) ; Old code: nnU-Net , Unet_ResNet34 , 3D_Unet_Customized , MONAI_3DUNet
